• According to Puma, the striped look of the BVB 2022/23 home shirt is inspired by the 2012/13 Champions League season, which was contested in a striped a home shirt. Taking further inspiration from the club’s rich history, the stripes carry a subtle unique pattern that is based on the Wildschütz, a legendary restaurant in Dortmund and the place where the club was founded in 1909.
